Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our restoration services. By contacting us or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Flood & Water Damage Restoration Dallas ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 13333 Esperanza Rd, Dallas, TX 75240, provides water damage restoration, flood cleanup, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, storm damage restoration, and related services ("Services") to residential and commercial customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area of Texas.

All Services are performed by or under the supervision of IICRC-certified technicians in accordance with IICRC S500 and S520 standards where applicable.

2. Service Agreements and Authorization

Before work begins, we will provide a written scope of work or authorization form describing the services to be performed. By signing or verbally authorizing work to begin in an emergency, you agree:

  • To authorize us to perform the described Services at your property
  • That the property owner or an authorized representative has granted permission for access
  • To pay for all authorized Services in accordance with the agreed pricing or your insurance policy

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on the scope of damage, equipment used, materials consumed, and labor time. We provide estimates prior to work when conditions allow. In emergency situations, work may begin before a final price is determined; in such cases we will document the scope and provide a complete invoice upon job completion.

  • Insurance claims: We bill your insurance carrier directly when you provide claim authorization. You remain responsible for any deductible and amounts not covered by your policy.
  • Self-pay: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments: Unpaid balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month after 30 days.

4. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and timely access to the property during scheduled work hours
  • Disclose any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) present at the property
  • Secure or remove valuables, pets, and personal items from work areas before technicians arrive
  • Cooperate with our insurance coordination process by providing accurate claim information
  • Not interfere with or halt drying equipment during the active drying phase, as premature removal can result in structural damage and mold growth

5. Limitation of Liability

We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work
  • Damage caused by hidden structural defects, undisclosed hazardous materials, or conditions we could not reasonably have known
  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Delays caused by weather, utility outages, third-party contractors, or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Warranty

We warrant that Services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with IICRC standards. If you believe a covered defect exists in our workmanship, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of Service completion. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to re-perform the defective work at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from new water intrusion events, acts of nature, improper maintenance by others, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Mold Disclaimer

Mold remediation reduces but does not guarantee elimination of all mold spores from a structure, as mold spores are naturally present in the environment. Our mold remediation services address visible mold growth and elevated spore counts identified during inspection. Re-growth can occur if moisture sources are not permanently corrected. We are not liable for re-growth caused by new or continuing moisture intrusion unrelated to our work.

8. Website Use

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice for your specific situation. We make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information for any purpose.

You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
